Jo Brown talked about EYAI - Enhancing Young Adults' Independence, non-profit organisation, which aims to find work experience for young adults within local companies.
The young adults will aquire work skills over a 12 week program. EYAI offers up to 16 hours practical work experience for young adults in various trades and services to support them gaining long term employment. They also receive mentoring and support with basic learning skills and personal development.
