2. Records of Club Attendance and Club visits, 2012-2013

Thank you to those clubs that have sent in their attendance records and list of planned visits to other clubs for 2012-2013.

This information is required to complete the record of the year and calculate the figures for the Club Attendance Trophy and Fellowship Quaich to be presented at the District Conference in Ayr.

Please send this information to IPDG John Barbour as soon as possible and certainly no later than 20th October.

A simple table along the following lines will suffice:

3. Protection Seminar : Wed 20th November 2013: please pass to your Club Protection Officer

There is to be a training seminar for Club Protection Officers at 7:00pm on Wednesday, 20th November at the Royal Musselburgh Golf Club Prestonpans, EH32 9RP.

4. Rotary Jaipur Limb

Rotary Jaipur Limb is helping to give a positive life back to the many who are unable to walk.  Please see below how your Club can help.

The Rotary Jaipur Limb Organisation serves to give mobility and independence back to the many thousands who are in need. In the developing world one in every thousand are estimated to be in need.

Your help is now sought to build on the success achieved to date in India, Africa and Haiti. Many in need are those who have suffered from Polio which we are working to eradicate.
Your Club can help to meet the huge challenge.
