1. From the District Governor

The following three documents from the District Governor are attached:

  • Changes to the Governance of Rotary GB&I: Letter to Club Presidents, Secretaries, District Officers Past and Present on the changes agreed at the Business Meeting at the 2012 Rotary GB&I Conference in Bournemouth

2. Ambassadorial Scholar Running for Charity

Ambassadorial Scholar Matthew Dekenah from Cape Town in District 9350 is in the midst of running three half marathons (39.3 mi/63.3 km) for three worthy causes and is hoping to raise a tidy sum for the StopAIDS Campaign, the End Polio Now Campaign, and for the admirable projects of his sponsor Rotary Club, Wynberg, back home.

Matthew has already run the Meadows Half Marathon (in 1:47) the inaugural Edinburgh Rock
