This section is one of four essential sections that now fall under Compliance. The District Secretary is the D1180 Compliance Officer and all forms are required to be returned to him.
It is important to note that if a Club fails or refuses to, sign the Compliance Form that, if a claim arises against the Club or District, the club could find themselves exposed without insurance cover. The policies are only stating the law and there should be no reason why they should not be signed.
