Supporting the Give a Duck Foundation - February 2024

Thu, Feb 1st 2024 at 1:44 pm - 3:44 pm

Certificate of recognition from The Give A Duck Foundation

We have received a certificate of recognition from The Give A Duck Foundation. This is as a result of some of the collections we undertook over Christmas with our Rotary Sleigh. The 28 Chemo Ducks that we have funded will be donated to Nottingham Children’s Hospital to support children recently diagnosed with cancer in our local area. Working with play leaders on oncology wards and clinics the ducks are used to prepare children for every medical intervention. They are a constant companion and provide comfort to children who struggle with the challenges they are facing
