Please note the following important points:

A booking is not treated as confirmed until a reservation is made at Whittlebury Park, as it is the costs of the bedroom accommodation which cover the Conference package at the hotel.

To qualify for the £35 Early Bird registration discount, you will need to have also booked your accommodation at Whittlebury Park by 29th February 2024.

As full payment will be taken by Whittlebury Park when you book your accommodation, you are strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance – just in case you have to cancel at a later date.

Please note that bedrooms are allocated in both the main hotel (Whittlebury Hall) and also in the Paddock Building adjacent to the main building. Bedrooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis, and all unsold bedrooms will be released back to the hotel on Friday 12th July 2024.

After this date, bedrooms and attendance at the conference will be subject to availability.
