Over a period of four days a total of 25 interviewers, (all either Cotswold Tyndale Rotarians or their friends,) interviewed 201 students from Katharine Lady Berkeley's school, near Wotton Under Edge.
The students were from year 10, and the purpose of the interviews was to help them with preparing a CV or job application, and also give themy an initial experience of being interviewed by a comple stranger.
