Supporting the unsung heroes of Corby. They are and will continue to be an inspiration to us all.
Every year, the members of Corby Phoenix Rotary club look to honour some of the lesser known heroes in our town. We all likely know a person who is dealing with challenges of ill health or having to care for a family member but, by and large, these people tend to be adults. This is why Corby Phoenix fix our eyes on the youth of the town.
The club awards several youngsters each year with our Young People of Courage awards, for overcoming challenges and obstacles that would make a grown adult falter. We have again had an amazing group of people to give the awards to, nominated by their schools and other organisations, and we have been awed by what each of these youngsters has been through and still acheived.
