Business Meeting

17 members of Brit Valley Rotary Club, Dorset will be joining us for lunch.


Programme:

  • 12.15 Ferry arrival.
  • 12.30 Members meet and greet Brit Valley RC members in the Ferry Terminal and provide lift to Hotel de Havelet.
  • Drink in the bar on arrival.
  • 13.00 Lunch - during lunch our normal toasts and grace will take place.
  • 14.30 Lunch finishes. Gill Girard will lead a guided walk from the Hotel to the Ferry Terminal via  town. Anticipated duration is 45 mins. The group will be escorted to the Condor Ferries check-in area in time for their return journey. Brit Valley members who do not want to walk into town will be taken to town by car.
  • 15.25 Check in
  • 16.25 Ferry departs
