The continued celebrations of the centenary of the Rotary Club of Guernsey was enjoyed at a special 1920’s themed charter night celebration held at St Pierre Park Hotel which was attended by over 175 Rotarians and their guests.

We were delighted to welcome guests from our sponsor Club in Bournemouth as well as Rotarians from London, Belfast and France and also many of our sponsors and supporters. A very enjoyable and fitting occasion to commemorate the heritage of the Club and to look forward with confidence to the future of providing continued service to the community.

Top table consisted of:
Brian Acton: President Rotary Club of Guernsey
Donna Mae Acton
The Bailiff: Richard Mc Mahon
Carol Younger: Secretary RC Bournemouth
Robin Younger
Garth Arnold: Chair of RIGB&I
Jane Styslinger: President RC Bournemouth
Bill Styslinger
Richard Romeril: President Rotary Club of Jersey
Debbie Dunford: DG Nominee

The following day a group photograph was taken of available Rotary Club of Guernsey members at the Hotel de Havelet.

The weekend of commemoration concluded with a Thanksgiving service held at St Andrews Parish Church which was officiated by the Very Reverend Tim Barker.
