It was a hot sunny day, and car loads of people kept arriving to enjoy the facilities at Tortworth Lake, especially taking dogs on the lovely walks around the lake.
Rotarians, families and friends were expecting a busy day, but the numbers arriving exceeded expectations, several times over., and even the overflow car park field was very nearly full to busrting.
Hot and cold reshments, teas and coffees were sold until they ran out during the afternoon.

A magnificent £3103.80 was raised for the Club's Charitable Trust fund.
more Tyndale members spent a busy day on Saturday 16th December taking collections for charity at Tesco in Cam. The main beneficiaries will be 'The Willow Trust' and 'Longfield.' A total of £850.88 was donated.
more A masquerade ball, attended by 114 quests, was held at Swinhay House on Saturday 10th February 2024 raised £4,606.69. The raffle alone made £1,000 for 'Longfield Hospice.' The balance of is being donated to 'Guide Dogs for the Blind.'
