The Culinary Ability Awards founded by Chef Chris Sandford is an international non-profit organisation that raises awareness in society for people with disabilities through cooking thereby opening up future career opportunities in professional kitchens. Chris will tell us how a team of Disability Chefs for the first time participated in the Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart earlier this year
