The Link Charitable Trust Gift and Food Collection

The Link are collecting donations to make Christmas Hampers for young people (aged 16-25) of Redcar and Cleveland who might be on their own at Christmas

Christmas is an amazing time and great to spend with our family. Loneliness, especially at Christmas time can lead to low mood and depression. This year, the theme of World Mental Health Day is suicide prevention so as part of that, The Link would like to try and make Christmas a little better for the young people of Redcar and Cleveland who have found themselves in that situation.

Redcar Rotary Club are supporting The Link by holding their own collection of

  • Bath / gift sets
  • Christmas Treats (biscuits and chocolate)
  • Tinned and non-perishable goods
  • Supermarket vouchers

Our first delivery of Christmas goodies has already been handed over to The Link but we hope to be able to collect even more between now and 16th December.
