Crocus Planting 2019

Wed, Oct 30th 2019 at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Helped by Perth and Kinross Council, we planted 21000 purple crocuses to commemorate World Polio Day in the Wellmeadow, Blairgowrie

Purple for Polio - because when a child is immunised against polio, they Have a pinkie finger stained purple to show they have received the vaccine. The money paid for the corms goes to the campaign to finally eradicate polio: we are almost there.
