Hungerford Rotary Club help fund a special garden for the children at the Nursery School
SENSORY GARDEN FOR NURSERY SCHOOL
The Rotary Club of Hungerford have been leading the way in providing funds for the Hungerford Nursery School to create their sensory garden.
Together with the Town Council and the Town and Manor, and with the ever-appreciated support of The Greenham Trust, enough money has been raised to set down the groundworks and landscaping, and to have the children learning through their enjoyment of the early-stage water features. More is yet to be done, for which the Nursery’s appeal on the Good Exchange seeks the remaining 30% needed for special plants and grasses, and for further features which will maximise these learning opportunities presented to the children by the brilliant Early Years team based at Hungerford Nursery School .
