OUTDOOR BOWLS TOURNAMENT

Dear Rotarians

I am pleased to advise you that the 2019 Rotary District Outdoor Bowls Tournament will be held on Thursday 19th September 2019 at Bushey Bowls Club, Chiltern Avenue, Bushey, WD23 4RF.

Please complete the attached Entry Form, & return to me  together with your cheque for £45 per team (made payable to The Rotary Club of Luton Chiltern) no later than Friday 23rd August 2019.

Tea/coffee/biscuits will be available from 9.30 a.m.

Team captains should report to the organiser by 10.00 a.m.

The tournament commences at 10.30 a.m. prompt, lunch at approx 12.30 p.m. and presentation at approx 4.30 p.m.
