Just another night in Kirkcudbright Rotary

To quote a well respected and professional person in Kirkcudbright last week they said on our Website "Kirkcudbright Rotary Rocks" - well it certainly did tonight! We had almost more guests than Rotarians....Parents, Young golfers, RYLA Students , and even the Assistant Governor and her Mother. (She celebrated her last birthday with the Laggan Zip Wire, and to cap that her next plan is a parachute jump.)

There were many highlights of the evening, but here are a few pics.

RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) students attended Kirkcudbright Rotary Club on Tuesday 20th August, to give a presentation on their experiences at a weeks outdoor activity and leadership course in the Perthshire foothills. This is sponsored annually by Kirkcudbright Rotary.

We also hosted their parents to observe the certificate presentation.

The Rotary Young Golfer competition this year saw Chris Wilson and Jack Norman representing Kirkcudbright.

The RYLA students are L to R  Kieren Cairnie, Clarice Van Der Zee, Jemima Grounsell and Sam Hamilton.
