Lend A Hand Day 2019
Once again we helped Milton Keynes Rotary with their Lend a Hand Day
Milton Keynes Rotary work with Age UK to organise a day of small jobs which help out eldery people in the local community.
This year Karen, Helen and Nigel returned to the same sheltered housing Karen, Helen & Emma had worked in last year.
A hot an sunny morning saw them sweep a patio (already quite neat after their work 12 months ago), clean some convservartoey rooves and change a light bulb.
The heat made it a challenging time, and the hi vis jackets were removed a couple of times to cool down.
