SAM'S OPEN GARDEN

Wed, Jun 26th 2019 at 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

We enjoyed Sam's a wonderful garden with tea and cake. Donations were in aid of Presidents Philip's Charity 'Wessex Cancer Trust'.

Sam opened his beautiful garden to friends for the afternoon. It was hugely impressive and showed all the evidence of a labour of love. There were folders with plans and lists of the flowers and shrubs to help identify the many hundreds of plants on display. The weather played its part and it was uninterrupted sunshine.

There was a team of helpers welcoming the visitors and making and serving the refreshments and many people came bearing a great selection of cakes. Scrummy.

Donation boxes were available to help raise funds for President Philip's charity "Wessex Cancer Trust".
