The final meeting for the year of St Andrews Rotary Club took the form of a Christmas Lunch with ninety people present    President John Christie welcomed guests and members  including many students from overseas who were unable to go home for Christmas.  The students were individually introduced and each gave their name and what they were studying.                      .

Following a noisy and happy lunch where balloons flew around the room  and paper trumpets sounded from every corner, the company was treated  to music from Rev Ian Hamilton concluding with everyone singing well known carols.   Fiona Barnard from the St Andrews University Chaplaincy gave the vote of thanks and said how good it was for Rotary to think of these students at this time of  the year and enjoy showing them how we celebrate Christmas.
