Collection for victims of Cyclone Idai

Collection on Broad Street to raise money for a Shelterbox to help victims of disasters


The Club decided to send the money to buy a Shelterbox to show support for victims of Cyclone Idai in Mozambique and other areas of Africa.  This has been donated and we had planned a street collection to raise funds towards paying for the Shelterbox but unfortunately there were high winds and severe rains on the day booked for the collection so we decided to postpone the collection until a convenient date later in the year.  In the meantime our money has been sent to buy a Box from Club Charity Funds.
