Peas and broad beans creamy soup with onions and carrot paste
served with croutons and micro salad

 * V Mozzarella con Radicchio
Buffalo mozzarella, radicchio salad, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and
micro salad

* * Pate’ di malale
Smooth liver pate, served with salad, caper, borettane onions in
balsamic, tomato, salad with crouton

SECONDI

Fegato con burro e Salvia
Calves liver in a butter and sage sauce, finished with mashed
potatoes, peas and baby carrots

Salmone Nostrana
Pan fried fresh salmon, cherry tomato, white wine, served with
garlic beans

* * Petto di Pollo alla griglia
Breast of corn-fed chicken grill, served with black olives,
mushroom cream white wine with sauté potatoes, carrots and
chiaccherelle

V Tortellini con Funghi
Home hand-made tortellini with wild mushroom, fresh spinach,
beetroot paste, pecorino cheese, micro salad and extra virgin
basil olive oil

DOLCI

V Torta di mele
Apple tarte with ice cream
