The Regional Final of Young Chef took place at the Colchester Institute on Saturday where our District winner Lily-Rose Davies sponsored by Brookmans Park and runner-up Guste Juskeviciute sponsored by Luton Chiltern competed.
Both performed extremely well but were pipped by Sasha Martin of District 1240 who now goes through to the National Final to be held in Nottingham during the Rotary GB&I Showcase on May 11th to 12th.
