Crucial Crew

Tue, Apr 30th 2019 at 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

Held at the KL Fire Station. This multi agency event aims to educate primary school children about safety in the home, in the community and on-line. Priory Rotary Club members support this project by supervising pupils between each scenario.

Crucial Crew is a multi-agency project which has been running in Norfolk for 15 years.  More than 60,000 children have now taken part and the project helps children to stay safe at home, in the community and online.

As well as learning about fire safety in real-life scenarios, children also take part in short bitesize workshops.  This year’s topics also include household emergencies, online safety, gas safety, seaside safety, smoking awareness, healthy relationships and first aid.

Priory Rotary Club members support this venture each year by supervising the movement of pupils bewteen the various scenarios.
