Following our successful Christmas Collections of Clothing & Bedding for the Homeless, our Tool Collections for TWAM and Disability Equipment at various times throughout the year we are now offering a "Contact to Collect" service all year round.

BACK IN OPERATION BUT COVID AWARE!

Following the huge success of our Christmas Food and Clothing collections in Chestfield we are now offering a “Year Round” service to residents of Whitstable, Chestfield & Herne Bay to collect a wide range of items that can be used to provide urgently needed support to people in the UK and Overseas when we forward them to organisations we work with on a regular basis, such as:

TWAM – Tools with a Mission.

All types of hand tools for Carpentry, Motor Mechanics (incl Trolley Jacks and Ramps), Builders, Electricians, Plumbing, Engineering, Gardening. Lathes, Bench and Band Saws, Electric Power Tools (Drills, Sanders, Planers), Sewing Machines, Knitting Machines,  Manual Typewriters, Motor Mowers, Motorised Strimmer’s, Motorised Chainsaws.   Sewing and Haberdashery items, Educational text books, Laptops (XP or later).

We cannot accept: Clothes, Glass Jars, Gas Bottles, Electric hedge cutter’s or Lawn mowers, lawn edger’s, bicycles, cooking items, printers / scanners I am afraid.

All types of disability aids - walking sticks, crutches, walking frames, disability accessories and hand operated folding wheel chairs.

For other overseas Charities we can also collect unused dressings, bandages, incontinence pads, catheters and stoma bags. Contact Spyros Zintilis on 07584795046 for Pysionet items.

Catching Lives in Canterbury.

Any clean and serviceable warm / durable clothing for men and women including shoes, underwear, hats and gloves.

Clean and serviceable bedding and especially single sleeping bags.
