The Rotary Club of Glenrothes hope you had a great Christmas and we wish you all a Happy and Healthy New Year.
After a two-week break, we return to our weekly lunch time meeting this coming Thursday 10th January 2019 when our speaker will be Karen Russell from Seescape Opticians in Kirkcaldy to be held at the Gilvenbank Hotel. please meet 12.45pm for starting at 12.55pm on reception will be Geoff Sampson who should say grace, Tracy Thomson and Peter May.
During the break last Thursday evening on 3rd January, we participated against the Rotary Clubs of Anstruther and Dunfermline Carnegie at the Gilvenbank Hotel in the next round of the Gavel competition, despite having a fantastic evening where we participated in Boggle, Dropdown, Jenga, Putting, Dominoes and Connect 4 we came away with the wooden spoon. Anstruther going forward to the next round of the District 1010 competition, we wish them well.
