Post Meeting Notes:

The meeting was attended by 86 Rotarians representing 33 of our 48 clubs in our District.  

District Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2019 and Budgets for the year 2020-21. 

After some discusion the accounts and budget were approved by those attending, plus a further 3 clubs who approved them by emaill prior to the meeting.

The club organises a range of fundraising events

The Community Project Team supports the local community in a variety of ways. It raises money to help local organisations and individuals and also organises and provides physical assistance at local events.

The Membership Committee promotes the club locally and encourages suitable like-minded people to take an interest in club activities and hopefully to seek an invitation to apply for membership

The Vocational Project Team organises visits and tours of businesses and facilties, ocassionally far afield, to broaden members' knowledge and understanding of ever-changing business and commercial practices.

This year's walk took place in countryside around Hardy’s Cottage, Higher Bockhampton.

The club's International Project Team gets involved in a range of life changing activities for communities in a variety of countries around the world often in association with other Rotary Clubs both here and overseas.

The Members' Services Committee organises the club's business, programmes and it's social calendar including speaker & fun evenings as well as meetings held at different venues, often with guests invited and links with other Rotary Clubs around the world
