Arthur Lockyear

Arthur Lockyear served as a fire fighter for more than thirty years and his book 'Warriors in Fire Boots' is his tribute to those men and women who have given their efforts, their courage and, frequently their lives in aid of fighting fires.

Arthur told us about some of the amazing bravery of firefighters from Victorina times to World War II and the present day.
