Having spend a few years stuck in the “rat race” working close to London, Tim decided to leave for a better quality of life and pursue his dreams of an outdoor vocation.

Beginning his career in the wine Industry in 1998, Tim starting gaining experience at Denbies Wine Estate, then the biggest vineyard in the country. Since then he has continued working in the industry, including 5 years at Camel Valley. This practical experience has been backed up with time spent in Margaret River (Australia), and training provided by both the University of California (at Davis) and Hawkes Bay in New Zealand.

.After setting up his own vineyard, he started to advise and contribute to the establishment and running of 12 other vineyards in the South West.

.Athough a great lover of wine, Cat is new to the winemaking industry, having completed 18 years in the Royal Navy. Finally putting her biochemistry degree to good use in the winery, she is beginning to take on the role of winemaker, in addition to working alongside Tim in the vineyard.

.The final member of the team is the vineyard dog. Willie is the newest member of the team, and oversees the vineyard work, keeping some of the unwanted wildlife at bay. He is also responsible for security, so is likely to be the first member of the team you see.
