Christmas Dinner

The Christmas Party night is on Wednesday 19th December, in the County Hotel 6.30pm for 7pm, I have attached the menu which has all the details, please let Eileen know if you are coming, it is of course a partners night.

      Smoked Venison Haunch, Remoulade, Chantey Mushrooms & Port Reduction

      Pan Fried Scallops, Cauliflower Puree, Stornoway Black Pudding, Crispy Pancetta

      Goats Cheese & Thyme Croquette, Salt Baked Golden Beetroot & Orange Segments

                 Ham Hock Terrine, Apple and Grape Chutney, Toasted wholemeal Bread

Mains:

 Traditional Roasted Turkey, Sage onion and Chestnut Stuffing, Roasted Root Vegetable,

                    Roasted Potatoes, Kilted Sausages, Brussel Sprouts, & Turkey Gravy

       Braised Beef Featherblade, Pan Roasted Shallots, Fondant Potatoes, Seasonal Veg

       Sunblushed Tomato, Basil & Cashew Nut Risotto, Parmesan Crisp & Peas Shoots
