Frugal lunch at David and Trixie's home

Wed, May 8th 2019 at 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Today we enjoyed one of Angie's delicious frugal lunches at host David and Trixie's home in Letton.

When we discovered we were not able to meet at the Milebrook Hotel today we were delighted when Rotary member Angie offered to cater for us at David and Trixie Morgan's home in Letton. This was another very enjoyable lunch with great food and great company in a lovely home. Angie always creates a very special meal and with Keith, David and others serving everything went swimmingly. Sergeant at Arms Eileen was in the living room but President Ivan made sure she did not miss out on any "indiscretions" that occurred in the dining room...as always lots of fun. With the everyone's generosity the event raised just over £200 for our charitable efforts. Many thanks to Angie, Keith, David and Trixie for hosting a splendid and successful lunch.
