10:00                     Opens for registration and practise.

11:00 – 12:30      Buffet provided and seated by 12.30.

12:30 – 14:30      Introduction and 7 competitors

14:30 – 14:55      Break

14:55 – 16:40      Second group of 7 Competitors (subject to entry numbers)

16:40 – 17:20      Judges Panel decide on Winners

17:20                     Presentation of prizes

Timings are flexible if numbers of two (vocalist and Instrumentalist) from each of 7 Regions are not reached.
