In a break from tradition, this years annual Summer Garden Party took place at Waltham Windmill Golf Club where some 48 Rotarians, spouses and guests gathered on the patio for pre-dinner drinks and canapes. In the shelter of the dining room were treated to an extensive buffet of cold meats and seafood followed by a choice of delicious deserts and coffee. It was another good opportunity for social chat and networking about forthcoming events such as the sports day and next year's walking weekend.
