Dinner - Speaker

Fellow Rotarians, and Friends,

The joint Christmas Party with Lytham Rotary is on Thursday 20^th December. As this is a joint Christmas Party, it is important that as many members and guests from our Club attend as we do not wish to be in the minority. Last year we supported it well and actually had more than Lytham!. Lets do even better this year so please bring loads of guests.

The details are attached. Please note that at this stage a rough idea of numbers is required so please can you respond as soon as possible either to Roger or myself with confirmation of your attendance and a rough idea of guest numbers.

By the end of the month full details of numbers and menu choices (as well as wine choices if you want to take advantage of the ‘advance order discount price’) for every person attending will need to be submitted to Roger either by emailing him or by selecting the appropriate choice on the forms attached for each person.
