Johanna is the Executive Director of the 'Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands' and joined in February 2016.

Johanna explained her role with the Foundation and the supoort the Foundation gives to the community.

Johanna has worked in the charitable sector for 18 years. Johanna worked for 11 years for Business in the Community, the Prince's Responsible Business Network as Business Development Director, Regional Director and Regional Operations Manager working with business to tackle key social issues.

Previous to that, Johanna worked for Future West, a sustainable development charity in roles managing employment and training programmes and environmental business management. Johanna has a MA in Environmental Policy and Management and a BA (Hons) in Geography and Environmental Studies.
