Junior Roll The Barrel at the Denbigh Carnival

Again this year, Denbigh Rotary Club will be staging the Junior Roll The Barrel competition at the Denbigh Carnival, where entries will be submitted on the day from mid-day onwards.

Medals will be awarded to Junior Boys and Junior Girls (primary school age) as well as to Senior Girls and Senior Boys (high school age).

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information about your child when they take part in the Junior Roll the Barrell competition. The information we collect is your child’s name, school they attend and the school year they are in/age.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?
We collect information to ensure the smooth running of the event and ensure children participate in the correct age group for the Roll the Barrell competition.

WHO WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The competition organiser will hold and maintain the information for the smooth running of the event. Information will only be shared with those that “need to know” the information at the appropriate time (selection of group winners).

ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CORRECTION
We want to ensure that personal information is accurate and up to date. Please contact us to correct information you think is inaccurate.

HOW LONG WILL MY INFORMATION BE HELD?
The information will only be retained safely for as long as is necessary. Information of group winners will be displayed on the Rotary Club of Denbigh website for up to twelve months. All other information will be destroyed after the event.

MARKETING
We will not sell, trade or share the personal information with non-Rotary third parties nor will we send you mailings on behalf of other unrelated organisations.
