Sahil joined the club on Friday 18th May 2018

Sahil Dalvi - our newest member being inaugurated on 18th May 2018 by President Wendy

Sahil himself says: Born and bought up in Mumbai, India, moved to Oxford back in 2008 to study. I have got a B.Sc in motorsport technology from Oxford Brookes university and MBA in Business, Finance and Strategic Management from London Business School.

I have previously worked in Subway, Coffee Republic, Red Bull Racing BMW, Lidls and Greggs. I and Adriana my wife moved to Poundbury in September 2015 to start our own business – Buttermarket Stores and Post Office, which we currently own.

The reason to join the Rotary Club is that I think it’s a great opportunity to serve the less fortunate people around us. It doesn’t have an official creed as compared to other charity groups in the country. It’s a good way to be part of the community, to grow business contact and develop social skills.

It will be my honour to be part of Rotary and will do my bet to deliver what is expected from members.
