Business Meeting at the Atlantic Hotel

We moved to the Atlantic Hotel for our business meeting today and enjoyed an excellent meal. It was interesting getting used to the new table layout of one long table rather than separate tables of eight. It is a format used by other clubs but if we continue with this format the President may have to sit in the middle or remember to pack the PA system!
The business part of the meeting was over quite quickly as there were no questions from members. We agreed that the Club should purchase 300 shoeboxes as part of the Rotary shoebox scheme and look forward to the challenge of filling them in the coming months.
