The Kent MS Therapy Centre is seeking volunteers to help run their   hyperbaric oxygen chamber.     This would involve one afternoon per         week and full training will be given.     The Centre is just off Nackington       Road in Canterbury.      If you can spare some time to help please let Pippa    know or contact the MS Therapy Centre direct.

Raffle Prizes:

Jean is getting very short of raffle prizes and needs some more urgently.

Sue, Ron and Kathy reported on the District Assembly.   Dave C. also went.

Thursday, May 9th – 15th Anniversary Dinner:

There will be no breakfast meeting next week as on the evening of                  Thursday, May 9th there will be a dinner to celebrate the 15th anniversary            of the founding of the Club.     It will be held at the Golf Club at 7.00 for             7.30 pm but  Godfrey asks everyone to get there by 7.00 pm if possible as     he has to collect the payments for the evening.    The cost will be £20,50 per person for the meal; drinks will be extra.     The menu has been           circulated but will start with duck-liver pate with orange and brandy             followed by roast chicken as the main course with lemon posset with             raspberries for dessert.    A vegetarian option is available but please let      Godfrey know in good time.    The dinner will be a regular meeting of the           Club and everyone is expected to attend unless members have indicated        on the form in the folder that they will be there or apologies are sent to         Godfrey in advance as usual.
