Our meeting today welcomes local businessman Neil Mackay of Mackays Cambridge as our Speaker.

He is very charity and recycling aware and spends a lot of time redirecting surplus stock to local charities who need it.  Tools and equipment for Repair cafes is a particular interest.

A tasty meal was be followed by our Speaker.

We were very pleased to welcome some visitors from other Rotary Clubs to share our meeting :

Rtn Christine Kailipaka from the Hondo/Dhanis Club, Texas and John from the Kings Lynn Priory Club exchanged Club Pennants with President Jan.

We also hosted 2 reps from the MetroBank who are keen to work with us on charitable events - Mark and Satiria.

Christine from the Red Cross collected a cheque for £1090 - proceeds from our Oct Concert at West Road.

After our Club was the meeting of the Shadow Council for the year July 2018 - June 2019  - they meet together for the first time to establish roles and priorities for the new year.
