Know your blood pressure

We shall be supporting this special Rotary Day when clubs work with the public to know their blood pressure. We shall have our education stand outside the entrance to Tesco's at the Weston Favel Centre where medical professionals will be present..

Know your Blood Pressure : Stroke Awareness. APRIL 13th 2019
Each year our Know your Blood Pressure identifies people with high blood pressure and puts them on the right path to prevent a STROKE. It saves lives.
The date this year is Saturday APRIL 13th 2019 at the Weston Favell Shopping Centre outside the main exit to Tescos.
We are working in partnership with the Rotary Club of Northampton. Each Club will provide 2 volunteers throughout the day.
We need volunteers to talk to the public to encourage them to have their Blood Pressure taken AND we desperately need medics, nurses, doctors to monitor the blood pressures.
Volunteers required from 9.30a.m. to 3.30p.m and you can do one or two hour slots or more to suit their availability.
We need two medical professionals from 10.00 to 3.00 to take the blood pressures. We have already had Sue Wilson volunteer from 10.00 to 12.00 so we have other slots to fill and will be flexible to suit the slots they can do
