**Evening Meeting** - Club Assembly

Thu, Jun 14th 2018 at 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Instead of our Thursday breakfast we will have an evening meeting at the Holiday I to hold our club assembly. The main business will be to get every member involved in the club, filling our officer positions and bring people onto our committees.

6:30pm at the Holiday Inn, Milton Keynes Central, 500 Saxon Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 2HQ

The work of the club can only carry on if every member fulfils the rotary ethos of service by taking an active part in organising our activities.

We have active groups orgaising our events, developing our marketing and working on youth and community projects.  Some of this involves regular meetings, but a lot of the work can be done through individuals following up actions on their own and communicating by phone calls and emails.

So please have a think in advance about which areas you can support.

Closer to the time we will aim to publish more information on what the commmittees and officers do to help you decide.
