Message from Rosanne

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

President Laslo Szigeli and Members of The Rotary Club of Budapest-Margitsziget are organising an International Friendship Weekend in Budapest
This will take place 3rd – 6th May.  This is the second weekend of this type that they have organised.

Seven of us from Cheltenham North (five Rotarians plus two partners) joined them for their first weekend.  It was most enjoyable and beautifully organised.

We had an excellent time in a beautiful city.

Invitation from their President

Dear Rotarian Friends, Our Rotary Club Budapest-Margitsziget, after the very successful first Rotary Friendship Weekend held in 2015, decided to organize the second one.

The timing of the 2nd Rotary Friendship Weekend meets the date of our club’s 20 years old Charter Anniversary Celebration.

We would like to invite you to celebrate with us together on the beautiful, blooming Margaret Island, where our club was estabilished in 1998. We choose the reputable Grand Hotel Margitsziget for our venue. We offer you now a different program than the first one in order to enjoy also those visitors, who participated on our first event.

Please find attached the preliminary program.

Save the date, please: 03-06. May 2018

The deadline of application: 15.03.2018 I sincerely hope to meet you, your partner and some of your club members in Budapest in May! With rotarian friendship:

László Szigeti President

RC Budapest - Margitsziget
