Each team will comprise 4 Rotarians from your Club, and your Club can enter as any teams as it chooses, provided of course we have sufficient room in the Hall! We kept the ticket price ticket price the same as last year, being £15 per head. Therefore the cost per team will be £60. The price includes a hot supper, and as always there will be a cash bar which will open at 6.45 pm. The Quiz will start promptly at 7.30pm. Supporters are very welcome, for whom there will be a charge of £15 per person.
On receipt of a completed entry form together with a cheque for the appropriate sum, you will receive acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail, and a week or two before the event, send you tickets which will confirm your Club’s entry, and, should you require, a map showing the location of the venue.
Cheques should be made payable to Luton North Rotary Club, and the closingdate for entries is Thursday 25th January 2017.
There will be no raffle or other fund raising, and any surplus money that is made will be donated to Rotary Foundation. We also hope to award to the members of the Winning team, a traditional shield or memento of their success.
I do hope that your Club will support the event, which I am sure will be as enjoyable as in previous years.
