THE ROTARY CLUB OF BRADFORD TREE DEDICATION CEREMONY NORFOLK GARDENS, BRADFORD

AT 2 PM ON MONDAY 24TH JULY 2017

The Lord Mayor of Bradford Cllr Abid Hussain has kindly agreed to allow us to meet and greet in his rooms in City Hall where

Tea, Coffee and Biscuits will be provided

The Lord Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, Dr. Ingrid Roscoe will be in attendance.

The Dean of Bradford, the Revd. Jerry Lepine has been invited and it is hoped that he can attend.

After we have all met and signed the Lord Mayor’s attendance book

We will leave City Hall and make our way to Norfolk Gardens where the trees with their respective plaques are situated.

Here the President of The Rotary Club of Bradford will welcome all to the ceremony and say a few appropriate words before inviting

The Lord Lieutenant to unveil the plaque commemorating HM the Queen’s 90th Birthday.

Then the President will invite

The Lord Mayor to unveil the plaque commemorating the

One Hundredth Anniversary of the Battle of the Somme
