Princes Risborough School Rotary Interact Club spend a day sailing at Bury Lakes Young Mariners July 2017

On Friday 14th July 2017 18 members of the Princes Risborough School Interactors Club were guests of the Rotary Club of Princes Risborough at the Rickmansworth Aquadrome. The Interactors enjoyed sailing on Fun Boats and Pico's and were introduced to a very different form of water polo. Swimming was not a proscribed activity  however several club members seemed to spend more time in the water than in the boats. It was a good day enjoyed by all.

Please see below some  messages from members of the The Interact Team

"I am writing on behalf of all of those who attended the sailing day yesterday, to thank all of the Rotarian's who helped to make the day a success. It's safe to say that we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely jump at the opportunity to do it again next year, with our new and improved sailing skills! I think it was a very good conclusion to the end of a very successful year for Interact.

Please could you forward this email to the other Rotarian's who attended John and Barry as we would like to express our appreciation for them taking the time out of their day to take us there and back.

Finally would it be possible for you to send us any photos taken on the day? I am sure Finley is eager to put them on the Interact Twitter page!

Thank you once again for one of the best days of the year!"

Emily Campbell Harry on behalf of The Interact Team

"Hello Rotarians!

I wasnt sure what email to direct this to but I wanted to say a big thank you for the lovely day on Friday! I had a great time and was well catered for (being a veggie I didnt expect so much food- it was great!)

Please pass on my thanks to Micheal who drove us to the Sailing, and I have forgotten the other gentlemans name who drove us back but I had a lovely conversation with him about his travels and New York! And a general thanks to everyone involved and who organised it all- it was such great fun!"

Regards, Kaija Coates, Year 13
