ART EVENT Fundraiser Update

Some News on the distribution of funds from our annual Art Evening, donations were made to the following charities;-

Culter & District Community Association, Presentation

Members of the Rotary Club of Aberdeen Deeside met with members of Culter & District Community Association in Peterculter Village Hall to present them with a cheque for £300 from the proceeds of our annual Art Evening, featuring artist Michael Samson held at the Marcliffe Hotel in May.

RCAD President Brian Stephen presented the cheque to CDCA Trustee Margaret Watt during a toddler group class run by Fiona Jones.

Horseback UK, Presentation

RCAD member Ellen Smith visited Horseback UK to present them with a cheque for £300.

Archie (the horse) and Jay Hare from Horseback UK were happy to receive it.

Cornerston, RCAD presentation 2JUL17

John Whitfield, RCAD Youth and Vocational Convenor, presented a Cheque for £500 to Lisa Duthie, Leader of the Cornerstone Foundation in Aberdeen.
