Lunch Business Meeting

Rotary club of Stirling meeting of 20th October.

President Stewart Wilson welcomed members to a business meeting following last week's meeting of council. It has been agreed that the club will not meet on 22/12/17 and 29/12/2017.
Interviews will take place on 28th October to select candidates for next year's Euro Scholar competition.  The club will again organise the area 7 school quiz, and in 2018, we will receive some extra funding to help cover the costs.
There will be an escorted walk at the Battle of Bannockburn site on 20/11/17, and Jane Wilson is organising a Scottish night to be held on 23/3/18.  Two possible candidates have been identified for next year's RYLA camp.

The treasurer Edmond Mansion presented the club accounts, and convener's reports were received.
