An Evening of Magic

Thu, Oct 5th 2017 at 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Close-up magicians, food and then entertainment from a Magic Circle Star.

What’s an Evening of Magic?

You should arrive about 7:00pm, find your allocated table and get enough drinks from the bar to last for about an hour and a half.

At 7:30 the bar will close (temporarily!) and the close-up magic will commence.

One of the 12 Close-up Magicians will come to your table and perform his/her act. Then another will come and do a different act, and another and another and another …….. ….…. and so on for about an hour.

The bar will then reopen and we provide an included 2 course meal which includes a hot main course, desserts, coffee and mints.

When supper is over we try to raise some money for a few minutes for Newbury Rotary Club’s charitable causes by playing one game of Heads-and-Tails for a substantial prize.

Then we all join in and reset the hall to Theatre Style ready for the stage act.

A Magic Circle Star will entertain us for about ¾ of an hour with a high quality stage act.

The whole evening is great fun with lots of noise and laughter.

Do come and join us and bring your friends. Individuals, couples and groups are all welcome.

You won’t regret it!!
