Visit from Toulouse Rotary Club.

We were pleased to welcome 26 members from the Rotary Club of Toulouse Lauragais to join our club for a meal at Kingsknowe Golf Club.  Both clubs gave a presentation on their clubs and a self-running video of Toulouse was played during the evening.  We had a very friendly, interesting and jovial time with our visitors.  The members of the Toulouse club who could speak English helped to keep the conversation going and likewise the members of our club that could speak French did their part. However both clubs were extremely grateful to Brinda Ramdeehul for her linguistic abilities and translating skills.  An invitation has been extended to our club to visit the Toulouse Rotary Club at some point in the future –  it is to be hoped Brinda will be able to attend!
